Like settling into your favorite chair after a well spent day, good friends can make life feel just the same. The Stone family is like that. Aviano was a new background but the script was old and classic. Good friends, deep conversations, ever flowing coffee and wine. It was the non-striving, relaxing environment that can only be found among precious friends whose presence makes any place feel like home. 
    They showed us all around. Taking us wine tasting, gelato eating and ending by wandering the streets of Florence and trying to see who could set the record for most gelato’s eaten in one day. (I think the record for our trip was 8….we may have felt sick but it was totally worth it). It was the perfect start to our Italy adventure.
